The apartment is located on the seventh floor accessible by elevator, once you enter you will immediately find an open space area with living room and corner kitchen, large television, sofa bed and dining table and French window to reach the terrace. Continuing frontally, we find the bathroom with shower, on the right of the corridor we have the main room with a French bed, wall-mounted TV and another access to the terrace, going to the left of the corridor instead we have the second bedroom.

Guests can access all areas of the house.

This neighborhood is one of the best in Arma di Taggia, a few steps away we have via Queirolo, which is the main street of shops and bars, we are above the cycle path and a stone's throw from the sea, a perfect area for your holidays.

Arma di Taggia is a city to be explored on foot to be able to enjoy the beaches and all the activities that are offered in a relaxing way, so being in this position allows you to forget about using any means of transport or to take alternatives such as the various types of bicycles that are provided by the surrounding activities.

We are really 100m from the sea, a few steps from the restaurants, 7 minutes by car from Sanremo, and 1 kilometer from the various shopping centers in the area.

The parking is shared, so it is available and free until all spaces are taken.
